Shipping Terms
At Logo Promotions, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that once a package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
Important: UPS has currently suspended its service guarantee. For more information, please visit UPS.
Outbound Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and the delivery destination. Additional charges may apply for large-volume orders or oversized items.

Available Shipping Methods
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Economy (5–7 business days)
- Standard (3–5 business days)
Note: If you choose Economy Shipping, please include any additional postal information (e.g., P.O. Box) in the “Address Line 2” field during checkout to avoid delays. Economy shipping may take an additional 5–10 days depending on your location.
If no shipping method is specified at checkout, orders will ship via Ground by default. Please remember that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you have urgent delivery needs, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Additional Shipping Information
Shipping timelines begin once proof approval has been received by Logo-Promotions.digital and production is complete. Please note the following:
- We are not responsible for delays, errors, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
- Refunds will only be issued if a shipping carrier provides a refund to Logo-Promotions.digital for the cost of shipping.
- Lost packages will be replaced only after the shipping carrier confirms the loss (typically 7–10 business days from the date of the inquiry).
- In cases of damage, products must be returned before a replacement can be issued and a RMA number is issued. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED without a RMA.
Reminder:
Please place orders early whenever possible, especially for time-sensitive deliveries. Once your package has left our facility, we have no control over delivery times or carrier performance.
